Cantering on the Famine Track in June

Cantering on our horse, Woody, on the famine track near Muckish Mountain, part of the Derryveagh Mountain Range, County Donegal, Ireland. We explore the wild bogs and rugged mountainsides using track and road that were built over 150 years ago during the Great Famine which caused so much emigration from Ireland to the United States and beyond.
